[attr="class","likedoinfo"]About once a month, AG will have an activity check to clean out old accounts and facilitate deletion of member's unwanted characters. Activity checks will be ongoing for one to two weeks (7-14 days). There will be a thread for you to post in at that time, to let us know you're still active and engaged with the site! In addition, you will receive 100 gems once you've posted in the check. Snazzy, right?

What happens if I miss a check?
If you have ever been active on AG, don't worry if you miss one check. We won't delete your content (characters, roleplays, etc) or your account, we will simply make note of your absence and your bios will be archived. Depending on the circumstances, your content and/or account may be deleted after two unexcused missed activity checks.

How can I be excused from a check?
If you've posted in the absences board or let us know on our absences discord channel recently, we will mark you excused from the activity check.

What if I play a high rank?
If you play a character that holds a high rank, you will lose that position if you miss an activity check without notice. You may be excused once, but if you are continuously absent throughout the course of two activity checks, regardless of having an excuse, you will lose your high rank. This is to ensure that high ranking characters are active and accessible to all players. Additionally, if you have not posted with your high ranking character in a month, you are at risk of being removed from the position.
